This blog is now spammed relentlessly, and the Akismet safeguard program the protects this blog occasionally screens out legitimate posts. If yours does not appear, please drop me a note at jgs88@shaw.ca and we’ll sort it out.
I also do not allow people to advertise themselves, their sites, or their services in the form of a comment. Some clearly don’t belong, and I don’t want to get into making judgments as to which do or don’t, so I disallow them all. If commenters want to recommend someone/something else, that’s fine.

Wow, i would like to thank John for his great example for humility and keeping a cool head. It was very inspiring to see you answer the derogatory comments the way you did. At times i had a hard time not throwing my computer across the room because of my outrage at how some people acted. Thanks for you insight.
